RISE AND GRIND
This 30-minute indoor cycling class that will wake up all your senses and get you ready for the day ahead. Combined with a one-of-a-kind playlist, this class will take you through interval drills, climb hills, work on flat road endurance, and provide you with a cardio workout that will leave you ready to tackle your day ahead. Class will be followed by a 5 min stretch to make sure the heart rate comes down properly and we take care of all the muscle groups we just put to the test.
LOW-IMPACT
LOW-IMPACT
This 20-minute, low impact class is designed for those who are new to spin and want to ease into class, or those that want an easy recovery ride on their days off. Class will be mostly in the saddle, intervals, no arms – and as always, great playlists.

This 45-minute indoor cycling class is one-part motivation, one part inspiration. Combined with a one-of-a-kind playlist, this class will take you on a journey of the self-pushing you, encouraging you, and taking you through all the “feels”. We will go through interval drills, climb hills, work on flat road endurance, and provide you with a cardio workout that will leave you breathless. Class will be followed by a 5 min stretch to make sure the heart rate comes down properly and we take care of all the muscle groups we just put to the test.
