WHY TRAIN WITH ME
CUSTOMIZED & PERSONAL
FUN & ENERGIZING WORKOUT
My playlists are ON POINT! You will laugh, cry, belt the lyrics out loud and do some head banging all in one class. My music will get you energized and ready for whatever comes next in your day. Most of my students feel inspired and are able to climb that hill or sprint with enthusiasm. You won’t ever regret your ride!
FLEXIBLE & AFFORDABLE
I’M JUST LIKE YOU!
I stumbled upon spin by accident and immediately became hooked after my first spin class. Loud music, dark rooms, and inspirational affirmations all while burning calories was a perfect for me. Three years later I turned my daily passion into a teaching gig. As someone who has struggled with my weight, self-esteem, and purpose in this world – I found my place on the bike.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes – I am always happy to offer a 1 on 1 class. This will allow me to focus more on you and your needs and ability. If you have something specific you want to work on, or just want a ride with more music you love – we can make that happen!
Not a problem, I have tons of on demand classes via one of my subscriptions which will give you access to all of them. Also, I am flexible, so if there is a time that works better for you and others – I can always create a class around your needs and am open to shifting class times if needed.
I have a few videos available to assist you in how to set up your bike correctly (one of which can be found on my site here). I encourage you to watch those and try to fit your bike accordingly. I am always on 5-10 minutes before class and can walk you through your bike set up as well as discuss body positioning and answer any questions you have.
It’s always best to drink a good amount of water after class. It’s likely you will have sweat more than you’re used to so it’s important to re-hydrate the body. Also, we stretch at the end of class for a few minutes, and I strongly encourage you to stretch more. Your hamstrings can get tight when you’re riding and stretching will help your body recover faster.
No, you will not die. It sounds daunting to jump into a class for so long, but I promise you – it goes by faster than you think. Everyone is nervous their first time – I was terrified the first time I tried spin. But you forget quickly – when you hear a song that you love and you begin to rock out to the beat – time flies. I always offer motivational moments to make you forget what your body is going through. You can do it! I promise!
Use whatever you have or works best. I ride on a spinning.com bike, however, there are people that take my class on a Peloton, an air bike, or you can take class on your road bike and place it on a trainer. We will work with whatever you have to make the ride challenging and enjoyable.
Whether you’re taking a 30 or 45 minute class – we ride to the beat of the music. I will call out the RPM and count out the beat for you. We will do intervals of speed and gear, we will be in the saddle and up in third position to jog. I am a guide for you on the bike – so meet me wherever you are at. Don’t worry if you can’t stay out of the saddle and jog the entire time, it takes practice and time. The music will be fun and push you to your own personal limits. There is a small amount of choreography that I do sometimes – but it is always optional as well. Have fun, enjoy the music and take this time for yourself!
Class is held via zoom – so having a computer, phone or tablet to stream class from is important. Bike – stationary or one set up on a trainer. If you have clip in shoes, I would recommend those – as it’s safer to do some jogs clipped in. A towel and water are always a must. A set of 2-4 pound weights is recommended or if you don’t have weights, you can use your towel to do the arm section. Ear buds are great if you want to blast the music and not have your entire family hear the music. An amazing spirit and readiness to work!
